UrbanCraft3D offers custom-designed and pre-made physical 3D-printed products. All product descriptions, availability, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We strive to display product information accurately but do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free.

2. Orders and Payment

All purchases made through our site are subject to product availability and acceptance by UrbanCraft3D. We accept payments through secure third-party gateways. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times may vary based on location and order volume. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. UrbanCraft3D is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns for unused physical products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Note: Custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Limitation of Liability
